UNSEEN WORLDS’, our indie production with Manchester University and the Wellcome Trust, steps up with a fantastic shoot at Garden Studios Virtual Production. Entering the inner worlds of Sarah, Ama, Alex, Tony and Esther, who are living with Motor Neurone Disease, this wild mix of raw documentary, animation and AI is a lyrical and emotional cinematic trip, leaping across genres from horror to romance to sci-fi alongside the day to day realities of living with an incurable disease that affects one in three hundred people.

Production continues across 2027 and will be the first feature documentary co-created by those living with ALS / MND. Produced by Giovanna Stopponi with GFX director Phil Good, sound design and composer James Preston and creative director / writer Philly Cox. Our visionary filmmakers and writers are Sarah, Ama, Esther, Alex and Tony. The film is part of the ambitious Co-Creative MiNDS project led by Prof Andrew Irving and Dr Michael Aitkens with support from US platforms.


THE SEA OF LOVE & BITTERNESS’, our new UK - Italian hybrid feature doc has wrapped filming!

A family of Sicilian fishermen struggle to adapt to the changing Mediterranean and their way of life and seek solace in dreams, fantasies and ultimately in communicating with the very fish they hunt.

An innovative hybrid documentary mixing verite footage with animation and archive revealing memories and the inner worlds of a fishing community under threat. All wrapped up in a magical cinematic Italo-Disco fish stew!

Coming in late 2026 / 2027.


KHARTOUM, our 2025 collaborative cinema feature premiered at SUNDANCE and went on to screen at over forty international festivals, winning prestigious awards at the Berlinale, Milan, Geneva, Toronto, Koln, Barcelona and more. Cinema releases in the UK, Germany and East Africa and now rolling out across broadcasters - BBC, ARTE, SBS & more - into 2026.
